Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression works by gently stretching the spine, which changes the position of the spine. This change takes the pressure off the spinal disks, by creating negative pressure. As a result, bulging or herniated disks may retract, taking pressure off nerves and other structures in your spine. This can help to improve blood flow and nutrient exchange to the injured area which in turn promotes healing.

Most patients will begin to experience relief from their symptoms within their first few treatments, however, reaching a full recovery will vary with each individual.
